Located in Vinton, Iowa, a community of 5,000 between Cedar Rapids and Waterloo, ACT I of Benton County (Area Community Theatre, Inc.)  is a non profit, tax exempt corporation dedicated to producing quality community theatre, and to the promotion of all the fine arts in the Benton County area.
