Alley and Stage Door

Little has changed on the back of the theatre, with the facility looking much the same as it has for eighty-five years.  However, there is one important addition that gives local actors a special thrill -- our alley stage door, through which performers enter before performances.  Not only does our back alley stage door have the look and feel of a big city theatre, but it's a reminder that ACT I has its own home and our local productions can play in a beautiful facility designed with us in mind and that ACT I will never again be out on the streets!

The alley also provides space where refreshments can be served during intermission in good weather, such as for our summer children's theatre program.
