Welcome to the 31st season of ACT I of Benton County!

April 25, 2010 marked 30 years to the day of our very first production, “You Can’t Take It With You.” In 1980 the ACT I players were fortunate enough to be able to perform on the stage of The Old Creamery Theatre Company in Garrison, and the tradition continued for many years.

As time marched on, ACT I has grown as a community organization for furthering the performing arts, just as the community has strengthened us through unwavering support. Today ACT I is stronger than ever and reaching out to you, our patrons, that have supported us in ways that the early pioneers of our organization could only imagine.

In addition to several main stage shows each year, which we are now fortunate enough to hold at The Palace Theatre, ACT I is also able to support two theatre camps for area youth northern and southern Benton County. We also stage smaller productions showcasing the talents of area performers. As the support you give us continues to strengthen, we are expanding our encouragement of the performing arts, watching for new and innovative ways to showcase our community.

Thank you to everyone who has supported ACT I through 30 years of quality live entertainment. As we have attempted to make you laugh and cry, lift your spirits through song and dance, so you have continued to lift our own spirits, and give us the motivation to work toward providing higher quality and education in the performing arts to all.
